At Bula Mirqaan Outreach Site in Afmadow, our dedicated health team delivered an integrated package of vital medical services aimed at saving lives and promoting community well-being. The outreach provided comprehensive health education sessions covering Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Child Protection (CP), and the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), empowering community members with knowledge to protect themselves and others.

In addition to education, we offered Integrated Community Case Management Plus (iCCM+) services, targeting common childhood illnesses, along with treatment for acute malnutrition. Our medical team also conducted general consultations to address a wide range of health needs, ensuring that both preventive and curative care were available in one setting.

This outreach placed a strong emphasis on reaching the most vulnerable, including persons with disabilities, who often face barriers in accessing healthcare. By bringing essential services directly to the community, we continue our mission of ensuring that no one is left behind in the journey toward better health and resilience.
